bought herbal tea at the vendor outside old chang kee
that person was like so caring la
asked me whether i want to put herb powder into my herbal tea to relieve my sore throat
i thought the it was their job to care for the customer

use EGGS as my MAIN ingredient
i've gt my menu drafted out already
EGG WHITE WITH EGG YOLK
ingredients : egg (1) oil (5ml) chives (2 leaves)
seasoning : pepper salt (pinch)
1. Separate the egg yolk and egg white
2. Heat the pan and add a little oil
3. Mix the seasoning into the egg white and stir
4. Pan fry the egg yolk follow by the egg white
5. Place the egg yolk on the egg white. Sprinkle with chives.
