lunch at alumni so didnt manage to run much
i dont want to risk losing my apendix for that few grams of fats.lol
carried a few weights and i look totally retarded -.-"
went for a swim with andy and rudy
i love the place man
i can go in with my tee shirt and shorts without being "lao"(scoop) out
had a long long chat with them
went back to alumni for dinner
waited with pat for his parents and of course some updating has to be done :P
