all thanks to ma la steamboat, i cleared the waste in my body
but the extreme pain in the stomach can be done without though
the shit looks like mashed pumpkin sia!
went to pray (although i'm a free thinker) better to be safe than sorry
met up with patrick, manda, feifei and michele
seems that pat has become muscular :O
had TCC and it isnt exactly as good as it seem
pat was like going through lots of pain to finish the i-dont-know-what coffee
