started off from the stadium out to canteen 2, then i buay ta han alrdy, left the fit people and headed back to gym :P
i think its less than 500 metres la :-*
run for like less than 5 mins on the treadmill and i thought a lil bit of sunlight will be good(an excuse not to run)
went over to the stadium and did 1 round, play and then 1 more round
